Appears to be a 70s Japanese copy (likely Greco) of a Gretsch Space Control bridge. I've had it in my parts collection since the mid-90s. Message me with any corrections/questions.
Post holes are approximately 3" (76mm) from center to center. You could make it narrower by grinding the all-thread portion down a bit if necessary.
